Based on the brochure for a 2003 Ford F-150 it was only offered in a 5-1/2', 6-1/2' or 8' bed length. Do understand these are the interior bed dimensions so if you placing the tape measure on the side fenders or bed rails they will be longer than the bed interior so you most likely have the 6-1/2' interior bed size. I may have a solution for you, but unfortunately there is not a tonneau cover that's going to work with a toolbox that small; the only option available to fit a tool box is the Access Toolbox Edition Soft, Roll-Up Tonneau Cover # A62329 which fits with 19"-21" wide tool boxes that extend over the sides of the truck bed. Although the fasteners of the Pilot # CG-902 attach to the top of the bed rail, the mounts will extend over to the inside of the bed rail, and would interfere with a inside mount tonneau cover.

I may have some solutions for you, but there are not any ladder racks available for a 2020 Honda Ridgeline and there are not any tonneau covers that are compatible with an over the bed style rack system. It sounds like you're looking for a tonneau cover that will allow you to also install a ladder rack on your truck.
